Qualifying for Same-Day Standard Delivery
To qualify for same-day standard delivery, please place your order at least 2 hours before the start of your desired delivery time slot.
Example: For a morning time slot that begins at 10 AM, place your order by 8 AM.
Please note: Our drivers will plan the delivery route, so we cannot specify the exact time of arrival. However, your order will arrive before the end of the selected time slot.
Redelivery Fee
A $15 redelivery fee will be charged if the initial delivery is unsuccessful. Delivery is considered unsuccessful in the following situations:
- The recipient is uncontactable or unavailable for more than 10 minutes, and there are no prior special instructions or designated safe location for the bouquet.
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or invalid.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. The order will be redelivered after the fee is paid, based on the next available delivery date and time.
Recommendations
To avoid redelivery fees, we strongly recommend that customers provide a safe location where the bouquet can be left if the recipient is unavailable or uncontactable.
