How to place an order (visual Guide)
A: Hover your cursor over to shop to reveal our various product categories.
B: We have categorised our products under the categories of occasions, flower types and product type. Click on your preferred category and you will be redirected to a relevant page catalogue.
A: Opt for various bouquet add-ons. Price will be reflected before adding the product to cart.
B: Type your intended message card for the bouquet in the text field box provided.
C: Price will be reflected for the various bouquet add-ons along with the bouquet.
D: If everything is in order, you can add the product to shopping cart.
A: Ensure your order and reflected price is correct.
B: Select your preferred mode of shipping. You may opt for our free standard delivery or self collect at our floral studio.
C: If you have any discount codes, simply type in this field box and click the “Apply Coupon” button. Your discount will be reflected once applied.
D: Once everything is in order, you may opt to proceed to checkout.

STEP 2 ( Recipient Details)
This section is required if you have opted for delivery of your bouquet.
Fill up all asterisked* field with the relevant recipient’s (person receiving the bouquet) detail.
If you have opted for self-collection, this section is not required and you can unselect by unchecking the recipient delivery details checkbox.
Let us know on any special instructions or safe place to leave the bouquet if the recipient is not around to receive the bouquet.
STEP 3 ( Delivery Date and Timeslot )
Select your preferred delivery date and timeslot
Ensure that the prices reflected are correct
STEP 4 ( Payment )
We have selected Hitpay as our trusted third party payment provider.
We offer payment via various major credit card, Grabpay, ShopeePay and Paynow
Step 5 ( Payment Form )
Select your preferred payment method and ensure amount total is correct.
After payment, you will be redirected to this page with your order details and order number.
